Chef Marco Klotz

Marco's ambition is to be a Head Chef in a 5-star hotel. En route to the top, he apprenticed at one of Austria's fine hotels. He add international experience working as a chef for a hotel in Italy.

Marco whet his appetite for adventure catering for a Formula 1 Grand Prix. He joined Quark in 2006, as one of the chefs aboard Yamal on our North Pole expeditions. You could say that Marco has already reached the top...the top of the world!
