Wolfgang Braun, Garde-manger
Wolfgang grew up in Vienna, one of the world’s culinary capitals. He began his career in a 5-star hotel in the city, where he apprenticed to be a chef and patissier. He continued to add to his knowledge by working in top hotels throughout Austria.
After completing his military obligations, Wolfgang joined an international catering company with sporting clients, including a Forumula 1 race. Eventually, he returned to Vienna to live and work at the Grand Plaza and in a French restaurant.
Wolfgang joined the Hospitality Team aboard Kapitan Khlebnikov in 2007 seeking new adventure.
