Pastry Chef Jozefina Vukadin
Jozefina, from Innsbruck, Austria, is a professional nurse and pastry chef. After working in a hospital for two years, she succumbed to her desire to experience life at sea.
Jozefina joined Quark Expeditions in 2006 as a pastry chef aboard Lyubov Orlova in Antarctica.
Jozefina says, “I enjoy life on the ship, the amazing landscape of Antarctica, with all the fascinating animals…and I appreciate the teamwork with all the staff.”
