Chef Otmar Stark

Otmar began his career as a chef with a catering company. His sense of adventure took him to the Red Bull Formula One Racing team. He joined Quark Expeditions in 2001.

The Austrian enjoys skiing and biking, when he isn’t in a ship’s galley.
