Carola Jureczka, Chef du Rang

Carola was raised in a bilingual home. She speaks fluent German and Polish as well as English. In the 11th Grade she spent a year in the United States, where she polished her English and discovered a passion for traveling.

She decided that a career in Hospitality would provide ample opportunity to travel, so she spent three years at a school of Hotel and Service. She began her hotel career in Switzerland, before returning to Germany.

On June 29, 2008, while at the North Pole, Carola married Quark bartender Tobias Schreiber.
