Richard came to Quark Expeditions after a career in aviation. He enjoys working for a company that exposes people to remote areas of the globe and raises awareness of the unique nature of these wildernesses.

Rich's Top Tip: "Bring a pair of comfortable rubber-soled shoes! Everyone (including myself) wears big heavy boots traveling to their voyage and then don't have anything comfortable to wear on board. Our ships are clean, warm and accommodating on board and I wished I had a pair of comfortable shoes to slip on after a long day of landings in my expedition gear! Heavy boots on board are VERY unnecessary!"
